Explanation:-
At least 3 women means, minimum 3 women should be in 5 people group. So, we can choose 3 from 12 women and 2 from 20 men, 4 from 12 women and 1 from 20 men,5 from 12 women 0 from 20 men.
So,
12C3 x 20C2 + 12C4 x 20C1 + 12C5 x 20C0 = 220 x 190 + 495 x 20 + 79 = 52492
